Please note that processing times may vary due to factors such as incomplete payment information, incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or high order volume during peak periods.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

A delay in delivery does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund, provided the order has been successfully delivered.
Taxes and Duties
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country of residence.
These charges are not included in your order and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Giorgio Luciano is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
