Refund Policy

General information

Our products are produced and shipped on demand.
As a result, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and fit information before placing an order.

 


 

Return period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with all tags attached

  • in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Sizing issues

Sizing issues do not constitute a product defect.

Minor measurement discrepancies (up to 2–3 cm), differences in fit perception, or personal preferences regarding style, cut, or fabric feel are not considered defects. 

Sizing information is provided based on garment measurements.

Size labels are indicative and may vary depending on production standards.

Customers are responsible for selecting their size based on the size chart provided.


 


 

Solutions available in case of sizing or satisfaction issues

If the size does not fit or if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following solutions:

Option 1 – Size replacement (recommended)
We can send a replacement item in the correct size at a preferential rate.
No return of the original item is required.

This option is considered final and replaces any other return or refund possibility for the order.

 


 

Option 2 – Partial refund without return
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we may offer a partial refund of up to 30% of the product price, without requiring a return of the item.
Shipping fees are excluded.

This option closes the case definitively.

 


 

Option 3 – Full refund (return required)
A full refund is only possible after the item has been returned, at the customer’s expense, and inspected.
Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received and approved.

Please keep in mind that all returns are processed in our warehouse in Switzerland.

 


 

Important

Once a solution has been selected and applied, it is considered final and cannot be combined with other return or refund options.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may result in delivery delays, return, or loss of the package.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed.


 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@gioluciano.com with clear photos of the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, an appropriate solution will be provided at no additional cost.

 


 

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Important note

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed, as they cover committed logistics costs.

• Please do not send your item(s) to the sender’s address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will delay processing.

• Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
